Love the historic coat in this seasons Ralph Lauren's couture collection. It is timeless and beautiful . I received my minor in Fashion history and design at UC Berkely through Professor Warren Travis. He would educate us on the history of fashion and integrate it with the art and culture of the times. I prefer the designers who look to the past for decadent inspiration like John Galliano and Ralph Lauren ; the beauty of the past is magical.
